Behind the Name:
During my student teaching days, I was living just down the road from the town of Gisborne, New Zealand, or Gizzy to the locals. There was nothing fancy about Gisborne but I really enjoyed that about it. It was off the beaten path and full of good people. I rode my bike or hitchhiked into town once in a while and would do my food shopping or hit the bookstore. The main street was pleasant, could get some pretty good food, and good people-watching. Gizzy has a low-key vibe and low stress. (Your results may vary :) )

Gizzy Passport Cover
Products are handmade to order. Each piece is unique and will have slight variations. No two pieces are the same, even from the same hide. Because free-roaming bison is used, it can contain range marks, scratches, scars, sores, and may have dark blotches. Most large marks are not used.
All products are made from full-grain bison leather, from American bison. All thread used is Ritza Tiger Thread. Hardware is sourced from various places at the moment.
